Cary Construction is a residential renovation, restoration, and new build company based in South Portland, Maine. Owner Brett Cary grew up in Cape Elizabeth and now lives with his wife Natalya and their three pups in South Portland. As long time local surfer and waterman, Brett fell in love with the greater Portland coastline and community and decided there's no better place to set up shop.

Design & Construction Estimate
Once we have a clear understanding of your project, we provide a detailed design and construction estimate. This includes a breakdown of all costs, so you know exactly what to expect. We work hard to ensure that our estimates are accurate and transparent, so there are no surprises down the line.
On-Site Consultations
Throughout the construction process, we provide on-site consultations to ensure that everything is progressing smoothly. We communicate regularly with you to keep you informed of the progress and any changes that may be necessary.
